BOOKING
CONDITIONS Your holiday or flight is covered by the booking conditions of
the relevant Tour Operator. Please read the booking conditions in the relevant
Tour Operator' s brochure. Should you require clarification of these Booking

CHANGES TO YOUR BOOKING Correct
information should be given at the time of booking. Any changes made to your
booking may incur an administration charge.
PRICES All prices
displayed on this website are those supplied by Tour Operators. The final
holiday balance may vary from that advertised as a result of airport security
charges/ local taxes etc. All costings are subject to final confirmation as on
the Tour Operator' s invoice.
ACCURACY OF INFORMATION ON THIS SITE
We try to be as accurate as possible in the information we provide on our
website. We shall not be liable for any price changes and losses or damages you
may suffer arising out of your use of the information on this Website.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS The Tour Operator normally issues travel documents
2-3 weeks prior to departure. Please check all documents carefully. If your
booking is travelling within 2 weeks a small additional fee may be payable for
the collection of your tickets from the airport.
PASSPORTS
All clients must be in possession of a full 10-year British or EC
passport valid for at least 6 months after your intended date of return.
VISAS The following applies to EC passport holders. Visas are
required to be purchased in advance for certain countries, including Egypt and
India. Other countries, including Turkey require tourist single entry visas to
be purchased on arrival. If you are not travelling on an EC passport, other
rules may apply. Please check with us for advice or contact the embassy of the
country you're travelling to.
HEALTH REQUIREMENTS Health
regulations are subject to change. Please check with your own doctor before
departure. Further information is contained in the DOH leaflet T4 (Health
Advice for Travellers), available from your local DOH office. Further
information can be found at www.doh.gov.uk. It is your responsibility to ensure
that you hold the correct documents with regards to passport, visas and health
regulations. Any cost incurred in obtaining such documentation must also be
borne by you. The information given is for British passport holders travelling
on holiday. Non-British passport holders and people travelling on business
should check with the relevant embassy for details.
COMPLAINTS &
DISPUTES If you have a problem during your holiday, please inform the
relevant supplier (e.g. Your hotelier) and our resort representative
immediately who will endeavour to put things right. If your complaint is not
resolved locally, please follow this up within 28 days of your return home by
writing to our "Customer Services Department". If you fail to follow this
simple procedure, we will have been deprived of the opportunity to investigate
and rectify your complaint whilst you were in resort, and this may affect your
rights under this contract. We will endeavour to respond to any complaints
promptly, and keep you informed of the progress of our investigations. If you
are unsatisfied with our suggested resolution, you may request a review by
writing to "The Managing Director", Vacation Travel Blackpool Ltd, 11 Birley
Street, Blackpool, Lancashire, FY1 1EG.
OUR LIABILITY We act only
as a booking agent and have no liability for any aspects of the arrangements.
In particular, have no liability for any death, personal injury or loss of
whatever nature you may suffer. The contract and all matters arising from it
are governed by English Law and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of
England and Wales.
PRIVACY POLICY In order to process your booking
and to ensure that your travel arrangements run smoothly and meet your
requirements we need to use the information you provide such as name, address,
any special needs/dietary requirements etc.
We take full responsibility
for ensuring that proper security measures are in place to protect your
information in our care. We must pass the information on to the relevant
suppliers of your travel arrangements such as your tour operator, airlines,
hotels, transport companies etc. The information may also be provided to
security or credit checking companies, public authorities such as
customs/immigration if required by them, or as required by law.
Additionally, where your holiday is outside the European Economic Area (EEA),
controls on data protection in your destination may not be as strong as the
legal requirements in this country. We will not however, pass any information
onto any person not responsible for part of your travel arrangements. This
applies to any sensitive information that you give to us such as details of any
disabilities, or dietary/religious requirements. (If we cannot pass this
information to the relevant suppliers, whether in the EEA or not, we cannot
provide your booking. In making this booking, you consent to this information
being passed on to the relevant persons.)
Usually your tour operator or
other principal will pass this information onto their suppliers once we have
provided it to them. The tour operator or other principal's use of your
information is subject to their policy, both in respect of your booking and any
future marketing, and is their responsibility. Please ask either us or them for
a copy of this if you would like to see it.

of your information held by us. If you would like to see this please ask us.
